FORUM RULES:
Signature Abuse
If you place offensive text in your signature, you
will lose your right to post text in your signature.
Smiley(s) are allowed in your signature as long as you
do not abuse the amount used.
Spamming Is Not Allowed. Spamming Is Posting:
1. Unneeded posts mainly to increase own post count.
2. Posts made merely out of boredom.
3. Posting few words with no relation to the topic or
post.
4. Posting a Smiley(s) with little or no words is
considered spamming.
5. Resurrecting old topics is not allowed, unless it
is necessary.
No "Impersonating" Staff Members
This includes reprimanding other members or harassing
them by telling them "what to do". ONLY the Simpsons
Universe Forum Team have the authority to advise or
warn members according to their infractions. If you
see a bad post then click "Report to Moderator" or PM
any member of the Staff. Feel free to politely suggest
or inform a member when he has posted incorrectly but,
allow the staff members to perform their duties and do
not take this role on yourself.
Warez
All types of Warez can be discussed in the forums but
at no point is it allowed to link directly to a file
that contains warez. You however can link to a P2P
site you recommend.
No Cash $$$$
No threads referring to buying or trading copyrighted
material is allowed in these forums. If you have such
requests send PM to members you like to ask such
things.
No Flaming
Disrespectful or unnecessarily rude behavior against
other members or Staff will not be tolerated. Do not
instigate a flame. If you are a veteran member, please
act like one. Assist new members at the boards instead
of attacking them - "newbie bashing" is not allowed
and will be dealt with accordingly.
No Offensive Posts
This includes racism, threats, retaliation and any
other hateful posts. If you are being offended in
anyway via PM by a member, please contact a member of
the Staff about this.
No Cross Posting
Cross posting is posting the same question/remark in
several forums at the same time. Please post your
topic once and be patient until someone responds.
Respect Towards Staff
We ask that you respect the members of the Staff and
the decisions they make - therefore, please take note
of the following:
1. If you have been moderated/advised by a member of
the Staff, we ask that you do not take these actions
personally. Our actions are based on good judgement,
common sense and the above specified rules.
2. It is not our position to intimidate nor openly
humiliate anyone by editing/deleting signatures, posts
or threads - the Staff's purpose is to keep this forum
running as smoothly and organized as possible.
3. Threads and posts questioning the actions of a
member of the Staff will be deleted. You can, however,
PM a member of the Staff and discuss it with them.
4. Breaking one or more of the above rules will result
in punishments*.
5. If you need further help, contact a member of the
Staff.
Note: These rules can be amended at any time.
*Punishments:
Step1:We warn you with a private message
Step2:We disable your account for 5 days
Step3:We disable your account for 10 days
Step4:We ban your account,ip,and email.
